I still remember the first time I clicked a shutter. It was in the Washington D.C. Zoo. I was maybe 8 years old, on vacation with my family. I used my father's 35mm point-and-shoot to take my first ever photograph, featuring an elephant. I remember looking through the viewfinder, hearing the autofocus, and then the click and mechanical advancement of the film. To this day, I cannot fully explain the joy that it brought me. I only knew I wanted more.

I am a freelance videographer and photographer loosely based in Chicago, Illinois. I hope to one day train my camera on all the farthest corners of the globe.
